A concealed ironing station for cabinet projects
The board mounts to a suitable wardrobe or closet side panel. Pull it down from its vertical storage position, extend the working surface and rotate it into position for ironing.
When finished, reverse the movement and return the board to the cabinet. The floor remains clear and the ironing station stays close to clothing storage.

Cabinet planning
Check the installation space before ordering
The cabinet must provide enough vertical storage space, operating clearance and a load-bearing mounting surface.
Minimum internal width
Allow at least 449 mm (17-11/16 in) clear internal width at the vertical storage position.
Vertical clearance
Allow approximately 1480 mm (58-9/32 in) for the complete stored assembly shown in the installation guide.
Secure substrate
The wardrobe must be firmly fixed and the side panel must be reinforced where required for the board and operating load.
Door hinges, shelves and adjacent fittings must not block the full opening path. Final cabinet dimensions should be checked against the current technical drawing before machining.

Installation
Four-stage cabinet installation
Installation should follow the supplied technical guide and the construction of the cabinet.
- Confirm the compartment.
Check board clearance, shelf position, hinges and the selected left- or right-side mounting. - Install the mounting plate.
Drill the specified fixing points and secure the plate to a suitable reinforced cabinet wall. - Fasten the work surface.
Attach the ironing board to the frame using the specified bolts, washers and hex key. - Set height and test.
Fix the frame to the plate, then test the gas spring, rotation and storage movement before use.
For safety, the manual recommends two people during installation. Drilling tools are not included.

- Pull the work surface outward and rotate it 90° into position.
- After ironing, pull outward and rotate it back 90°.
- Push the board back into the wardrobe or closet.
