Wholesale & Manufacturing
Direct answer: For an accurate ironing board quotation, send your company and contact details, buyer type, destination market, intended application, preferred product format or model, required quantity, customization needs, delivery destination, and target timing. VENACE reviews the request and confirms any missing technical or commercial details before issuing a written offer.

What should an ironing board RFQ include?
Start with the application and product format: wall-mounted, fold-down, pull-out, or cabinet-integrated. Add the installation environment, available dimensions, operating clearance, quantity, destination, packaging needs, branding requirements, and any model reference already under review.
Price, MOQ, production timing, freight, payment terms, and compliance documents depend on the selected product and current written offer. Keep the model revision and commercial assumptions together so different quotations can be compared on the same basis.
What happens after submission?
The sales team checks whether the request identifies the buyer, application, product, quantity, and destination clearly enough for review. If details are missing, the team may ask for measurements, drawings, photographs, packaging requirements, or a target delivery window before preparing a quotation.
A submitted form is an inquiry, not an order confirmation. Use the later written quotation and approved specification as the commercial record.
When should a buyer request a sample?
A sample is not always required before an initial quotation. It is useful before bulk approval when a project has a new installation condition, custom finish, branded cover, private-label packaging, or other requirements that should be checked physically.
Sample availability, charges, delivery method, and lead time are confirmed for the specific request.
How are project and OEM requests reviewed?
For hotel, apartment, furniture, and FF&E projects, room or unit count is a useful demand estimate, but the quotation also needs the board format, installation environment, order quantity, packaging, and destination.
For OEM or private-label work, include the required branding, finish, cover, packaging artwork, documentation, approval process, and forecast quantity. Any applicable sample, artwork, tooling, or setup charge should be identified separately in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request a quote without a company website?
Yes. The form does not require a company website. Provide your company name, country or region, buyer type, business email, intended application, product, quantity, and destination so VENACE can review the inquiry.
Do you quote in USD, EUR, or GBP?
State your preferred currency and trade terms in Project Details. The quotation currency and applicable terms are confirmed in the written commercial offer for the specific request.
Is there a fee for a detailed quote?
The website does not publish a standard quotation fee. If samples, artwork, tooling, custom packaging, testing, or other project work creates a charge, ask VENACE to state it in writing before that work begins.
Can I attach a drawing or specification sheet?
The current web form has no file-upload field. Submit the RFQ and note in Project Details that files are available; the sales team can confirm a suitable follow-up channel for drawings or specification sheets.
